Meet Jo & Beecher

Jo and Beecher Wilhelm are the founders of Connect Home Life.

Married for more than 40 years, they understand how deeply life transitions can reshape identity, marriage, family relationships, and spiritual direction. They’ve walked through infertility, adoption, health challenges, career shifts, depression, job loss, and seasons of uncertainty. Those experiences didn’t make their faith theoretical. They made it lived.

For years, Jo and Beecher have served others through mentoring, small-group leadership, practical biblical encouragement, and authentic community. Connect Home Life grew out of that lived experience and steady calling—to help parents navigate the empty nest and beyond with clarity, confidence, and faith-filled support.

Jo's Story

Jo Wilhelm, founder of Connect Home Life and retired wealth management professional, knows the bittersweet shift that comes when children grow up and life no longer looks the way it once did.

When her own season of transition began, the questions were real:

• Who am I beyond parenting?

• What is my purpose in this next season?

• How do I realign my daily life with faith and intention?

Beecher's Heart

Beecher Wilhelm brings steady leadership, practical wisdom, and a shepherd’s heart to Connect Home Life. A longtime small group leader, guest writer, and encourager, he leads with humility, compassion, and deep trust in God’s grace.

Beecher believes that faith grows strongest when people feel safe enough to be honest. He has a gift for making space for those who feel unseen, uncertain, or overlooked, and he offers the kind of grounded support that helps parents navigate the empty nest and beyond with greater faith, unity, and purpose.
